Lubya – Afghan Kidney Bean Curry – Tender red kidney beans gently stewed with slightly caramelised onion and plum tomato soffritto – spiced with toasted cumin, coriander seed and black cracked pepper – folded with full flavoured slow roasted potato - finished with coriander leaf, garlic, a dash of lime juice and cold pressed olive oil.


Sweet Potato and Chickpea Korma – A creamy curry prepared with a mild Masala homeblend, slow roasted sweet potato, sprouted chickpeas, fresh tomato, cashew and coconut cream – finished with a baby spinach chiffonade, fresh coriander, garlic and lime juice.


Coconut Dal Tadka – Yellow split peas stewed an with onion and tomato soffritto scented with toasted cumin and sprouted fenugreek seeds - spiced with a freshly ground garam masala homeblend - smoked with a hot piece of charcoal in the pot - finished with creamed coconut, garlic, coriander leaf and lime.


Tom Kha Hed – The beautifully fragrant Thai soup (Tom Kha) with oyster mushroom, pak choi, mooli, water chestnut, new potato and wholegrain rice vermicelli simmered in coconut milk infused with galangal, lemongrass and lime leaves.


Blackeye Bean Caribbean Curry – Tender Blackeye beans stewed gently with baby potato and a soffritto of onion, carrot, tomato and Romano pepper – spiced with freshly ground Colombo-style homeblend – finished with lime, garlic and thyme.


Fasolia (Greek butterbean casserole) – Melt-in-the-mouth butterbeans stewed with , tomato passata and a soffrito of celery, onion and carrot - scented with cinnamon and oregano - finished with flat parsley, lime, garlic and olive oil. Beautifully simple and tasty.


Mushroom Goulash – Hungarian classic with chestnut mushroom braised with carrot, celery, onion, Romano pepper, plum tomato and white wine - scented with a freshly ground blend of caraway, black pepper, pimento seed, marjoram, rosemary and smoked paprika - finished with flat parsley, garlic, a dash of apple cider vinegar and cashew cream.


Minestrone Casserole – Classic Italian stew with haricot beans, sweet pepper, plum tomato, courgette, carrot, celery and wholegrain rice – scented with oregano and smoked paprika - finished with a basil chiffonade, garlic, lemon juice and cold pressed olive oil.


Mushroom, Hazelnut and Spinach Lasagne - Chestnut mushroom and shallots braised with white wine and hazelnut cream – folded with a baby spinach chiffonade – scented with freshly picked bay - layered between gluten free lasagne sheets - topped and baked with cashew béchamel and a scatter of thyme leaves.


Puy Lentil and Porcini Bolognese – Puy lentil stewed gently with minced chestnut and porcini mushroom braised with, carrot, onion, celery and organic red wine - scented with bay, rosemary and oregano - finished with garlic, lime, basil and cold pressed sunflower oil.

Vital Salad – A bountiful selection of shaved roots and salad vegetables and fruits, medley of locally grown salad leaves, fresh herbs, plenty of hemp and home-sprouted seeds.  £6


Lemon, Garlic and Mustard Dressing - 250g - the perfect accompaniment to a vital salad - made with cold pressed sunflower oil. Bottled in glass.  £6
