Hi, I'm Samuel Angelo - I’ve been working as a Chef for 25+ years. The exceptional nourishment I received as a child has played a central part in how I share my passion for passing on the goodness of the Earth. My French and Caribbean backgrounds have allowed me to experience a wide breadth of culinary delights and preparation techniques.  

At the core of my approach to preparing food are the principles of gratitude, generosity and conscientiousness.

My partner and right hand woman - Kat, helps me run the business side of things, and darts in the kitchen when needed.  Her business and marketing background are super useful in helping us run and manage our business!
