My French and Caribbean backgrounds have allowed me to experience a wide breadth of culinary delights and preparation techniques.

Business director and Sam's right hand woman - I help Sam run the business side of things, do all of the business admin, and marketing - often I darts in the kitchen when needed, but mostly look after our five children.
