We have a new menu every month of our Frozen Meals. We do deliveries once a month, however, if you miss the delivery day, it's not a problem - get in touch anyway, we usually can fit you in. If there is a specific meal you would like us to make for you, we are happy to accommodate - get in touch and we shall see what we can do. 

All Baked goods are delivered fresh - made on the same day.

All RAW and READY items are using the finest local ingredients - they are nutritiously dense - and we highly recommend weaving them into your weekly diet.
